The short version
If you read nothing else on this page, read this
I build backend infrastructure and AI systems for a living. Of course I use AI in my own business. What matters isn't whether I use it. It's whether you can trust what's coming from me versus what's coming from a tool. So here's the line, drawn clearly.
Content & copy
AI-assisted, never AI-authored
I write my own ideas and a full draft first. AI polishes, tightens, and speeds up the second pass. It never starts from a blank page on my behalf.
Backend & systems
AI-built, human-architected
Funnels, automations, and AI employees are designed by me and often built with AI as the execution layer, inside Claude, ManyChat, and the rest of my stack.
Images
Sometimes AI-edited or AI-generated
Some images of me across this website, my proposals, and my social channels have been AI-enhanced or AI-generated. Full detail sits on the AI images tab.
Client-facing AI tools
Disclosed when you're talking to one
If a chatbot, quiz, or AI-powered experience is doing the talking instead of me directly, you'll know it, because I'll tell you.
Where AI shows up in this business
The full list, not the highlight reel
What AI helps me do
◆Polish, tighten, and speed up copy I've already written myself
◆Build and maintain backend systems, funnels, and automations
◆Build the AI tools and AI employees I sell as part of my offer suite
◆Edit and occasionally generate images, including images of me
◆Research, organise, and summarise information faster than I could alone
◆Handle repetitive operational work so I stay in the work that needs me
What AI never does
×Write client-facing strategy or make client decisions on my behalf
×Generate fake reviews, fake testimonials, or fabricated results
×Invent client outcomes, numbers, or case studies that didn't happen
×Pretend to be me in a live conversation without you knowing it's a tool
×Publish anything client-facing without my review
The line between me and the machine
Because that's really what you want to know
I always write my own ideas and a full draft first. Then AI polishes it. The thinking is mine. The strategy is mine. The voice is mine. AI speeds up the execution. It doesn't replace the judgment.
What's always mine
◆The strategy behind every build
◆The first draft of every piece of copy
◆Every client recommendation
◆Final review before anything ships
◆The voice you're reading right now
Where AI comes in
◆Polishing and tightening my drafts
◆Executing the backend build
◆Speeding up research and organisation
◆Powering the tools I sell to clients
◆Editing or generating select images
Why this matters
AI is a leverage tool, not a ghostwriter. If something has my name on it, I stood behind it before it went out. That's not a marketing line. It's how this business actually runs.
AI-generated and AI-edited images
This one gets its own rules, so here they are
Some images of me across this website, my proposals, and my social channels have been AI-enhanced or AI-generated. That includes photo editing and, at times, fully AI-generated images.
This page is the standing disclosure.
What this looks like in practice
◆No AI-generated images of clients, testimonials, or results, ever
◆No before-and-after imagery suggesting outcomes that didn't happen
◆If it doesn't represent the real me, my life and my brand, it doesn't get an AI representation.
The legal bit
Plain language, not a substitute for actual legal advice
This page is maintained to align with current AI transparency expectations, including the EU AI Act's Article 50 transparency obligations (in force from August 2, 2026) and current FTC guidance in the United States on disclosure of AI-generated or AI-assisted marketing content. Requirements continue to evolve and vary by jurisdiction, and this page is reviewed and updated as those requirements change.
What that means concretely: where this business uses AI to generate or substantially alter content that a reasonable visitor might otherwise assume was created entirely by a human, that use is disclosed here and, where required, labelled directly on the content itself.
Results and earnings: nothing on this page changes the results and earnings disclaimers found in client proposals and service agreements. AI is used to build and communicate faster. It does not create, guarantee, or influence the outcomes referenced in this business's marketing or client materials.
Questions: if anything here is unclear, or you want more detail on a specific use of AI in a project you're working on with The Freedom Alchemy®, reach out directly and I'll walk you through it.
